I have learned many things about the English language over the years, as on grammar, writing and using some idiomatic among other things. On the other hand I think there are aspects that need to be strengthened, as pronunciation, as quickly understand the meaning of a sentence or instruction.

                                   
I think that comes only with practice English, it is necessary that I read in English, watch movies without subtitles in Spanish and I try to interact more with people who speak English.

Regarding the blog I think it was a very good way to approach the English language, the main advantages of the blog is that most of the time we have the opportunity to write about us, about our interests and concerns. Perhaps it would be good for the first few levels of English at the university also occupy the blog, so you learn to write more fluently from the start.

We all know that English is crucial for the race we are studying, have knowledge of how to speak and write in English is very important if we want to work in other countries.

Many jobs for journalists required to speak English, so no matter whether the work that postulating in Chile or abroad

I think that although we do not like must be open and be willing to learn the English language also is essential that children teach them English since childhood, and learn grammar would be easier.

CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

I think you should change the order in which study subjects, such as during the first two years of a career in journalism, apart from theoretical subjects, only studied how to write news and features for formatting newspaper, while only in the third year of college teach us how is the radio, where the format is very different in newspaper work. Then we studied subjects of television production.

I think it is important that changes in the subjects are not as radical as this would not lose practice techniques and recall what teachers teach us newspaper, television and newspaper.

 

I also think that the race should last less years, I believe that there are many subjects that should be eliminated, as some theoretical subjects. The other option would be to change some of the subjects of theory are in the race for asiganturas history, this would help to understand the context of the social movements of our day. In addition to reduced the years of the race we would have less debt students must pay the tariff.

On the other hand it would be good to fix the infrastructure of our faculty, such as creating places for students to spend hours in the cold winter weather. It would also be nice to have a proper casino without having to go to casinos in other faculties.

For we carrer is very important to the proper use of technology, unfortunately in our faculty technological tools, such as still cameras, television cameras or microphones are few and often not enough for all students to occupy this techological tools.

Regarding teaching methods, each teacher has their own techniques to teach students, sometimes students disagree methods teachers but almost always they are willing to discuss the situation and reach an agreement .

Winter Holidays

I really like the idea of ​​traveling and seeing new places. I think one of the best places to visit in winter is southern Chile, because the nature and landscapes of the area are seen much better with the wintry weather.

 

I also like to visit my family, my uncles and grandparents in different cities and I love traveling to share some days with them. The last week took the opportunity to travel to my house that is in the city of Pichilemu (the bus trip is delayed about three hours). There I was with my father, my sister and my dog, I gave them sick time each of them and I went for a walk around the city and as the days were sunny and not very cold.

I also went to see my grandmother and my aunt and uncle who live in the city of Pichidegua (the journey takes two and half hours bus), in that place I was for four days and took the opportunity to rest, sleep much and eat too much food from home . The days I was at the home of my grandmother and my uncles got up very late and left very little to walk, because the days were very cold and sometimes rain.

I think that in the winter is very entertaining traveling to visit family and also to know new cities, because the rain and cold did not prevent fun and take advantage of nature

A meal I like to cook for myself

I love to try new types of food, I prefer to eat different types of foods and mixtures that eat only a preparation. I also entertain much cooking for me, because then I can invent creative dishes of food (this can’t do it if I cook for more people, because most people are more traditional to eat). 

I am always looking for new recipes or tips to innovate with new meals that everyone knows for many years. I enjoy cooking for my family for special occasions, like Christmas, new year or a birthday, my favorite ingredients in salty food include cheese, onion, mushrooms and any kind of seasoning. When I cook for lunch or dinner, I prefer to make healthy foods such as tortillas vegetables, seafood, soups and different kinds of salads.

  

But I love to cook sweet things like cakes, tarts, mousses and desserts that carry milk and flour, candy. To cook sweet things is difficult to use or light healthy ingredients but are foods that everyone should eat, especially on cold winter days.

Some of my favorite desserts are roasted milk and milk snowfall. The milk snowfall is very easy and quick to make. Only you need to make meringue with egg whites and sugar (meringue should be firm), while Boil milk with cinnamon, orange peel, cloves and egg yolks. Then the milk is warm when mixed with the meringue and cooled for a few minutes, because this milk dessert tastes best when the preparation is cold.

 

POSTGRADUATE STUDIES

I would like to learn more about political journalism, because I feel in disadvantage specially in this area, and I think it's very important at the time of developing on the other areas this career alows. Also I think this is the hardest and dense topic of the journalist career and the only way to learn it in depth is to pay a course at a university.

I would like to take courses of international policy, specialised in countries with serious internal conflicts, like middle east, because I think it's important to understand how conflicts began and continue, so it's easier to undestand things that happen nowadays and how they affect the politic enviroment in the whole world.

To have a larger vision i would like to study in another country, hopefully in a university that has remarcable academics internationally recognised in this area, and also to have an external overwiev about the politic context in chile.

Also I would like to take a part-time course so I can have the possibility to use mi free time to know the country where I could be living, and also to have time to work to pay all the expenses of living in another country.

Thanks to this specialization I could have a better resume and more job opportunities.

still not clear in what I like to work , since I started studying at the university I wanted to work in many different places , I think it's because I have studied each semester dieferentes subjects that year after year have made me change my mind. Of course I would like to work in a place outdoors where work is less rigid and less stressful. It would also be very entetenido have the opportunity to travel for work , first because I would know many places and new cultures and also because travel and stay costs would not come out of my pocket. When you start working I like to have time for me, because I do not want to leave out to friends and loved ones , I wish I could enjoy my personal time with the money that I will start earning. I think that the best oportunity for learn is travel to other countries.

perhaps you work in the first option to submit me, since money is necessary, but at least consider it important that everyone has clear what their priorities and preferences are when seeking employment. I hope for my part to find a job that is comfortable, dynamic, I do not like rigid schedules but you must learn to deal with them.

My pet is called sofia, she is five years and it's a dog. My dad bought sofia as a gift for me and my sister. When she came to our house we were all day paying attention to what Sofia was doing. Over time she became our greatest responsibility, but we loved to take her to the vet, buy her food and take her out for a walk. Sofia is a dog lots of energy, too much energy, so she needs to go for a walk almost every day. Also she has long and tangled up hair and we have to brush it and cut it in summer so she doesn't get too warm. In addition, it is not very friendly, but if people offers her food slowly begins to trust others

Sofia is very imporntante for me, it is the first big responsibility I have. Since sofia came to 

my house she became a great friend and a member of our family.

Now I 'm at university and I can't see her every day because I'm not living with my family in Pichilemu . 

I miss to sofia,  but she can not live in santiago with me because she would spend too much time alone, so I have to settle for knowing how it is when I 'm on the phone with my dad.

I remember the first class of English at school, I was eight years old and I was very happy to learn this new language, learn to pronounce words and to understand when you hear a song or see a TV show to speak that language.

Unfortunately this concern and optimism for learn English was over with the time, because each year the school changed the subject teacher, so the new teacher began to teach the language from the basics, every year was the same. After we understood it was more comfortable to say that we did not know anything to make the evaluations easier.

This situation has not changed much since then , my desire to learn the language has not recurred, but I have very clear that at some point I must learn English, but it really is not something that motivates me a lot..

I have two favourites holidays. The first was in 2006, when i was 12 years old, I did the trip with my family (my sister and my father) and we went to the city of Concepcion, where we visited all the nearby places and even got to the city of Temuco. The trip was a week, we had a great time , especially my sister and me that we missed during the week at school.

The other is more recent trip was last summer , I went on holiday with my boyfriend and friends. The trip was very entertaining because we toured Argentina 's capital Buenos Aires and much of the Uruguayan coast , where we visited beautiful places and we take advantage of the nature of that country.

I would like to visit the India, I would like to travel a this country because I think that his culture its very interesting and I would like try the food.
Thanks to what I read in newspapers and magazines and the television reports that show know that in India there are many variety of languages, beliefs and traditions. Religion is very important in the life of the indians and depends on the region country. 
I would travel the country to meet him, if I like the life in the India I think I work for support my stay in this country.
