I love to try new types
of food, I prefer to eat different types of foods and mixtures that eat only a
preparation. I also entertain much cooking for me, because then I can invent creative
dishes of food (this can’t do it if I cook for more people, because most people
are more traditional to eat).
I am always looking for new recipes or tips to
innovate with new meals that everyone knows for many years. I enjoy cooking for
my family for special occasions, like Christmas, new year or a birthday, my favorite
ingredients in salty food include cheese, onion, mushrooms and any kind of
seasoning. When I cook for lunch or dinner, I prefer to make healthy foods such
as tortillas vegetables, seafood, soups and different kinds of salads.

But I
love to cook sweet things like cakes, tarts, mousses and desserts that carry
milk and flour, candy. To cook sweet things is difficult to use or light
healthy ingredients but are foods that everyone should eat, especially on cold
winter days.
Some of my favorite desserts are roasted milk and milk snowfall.
The milk snowfall is very easy and quick to make. Only you need to make
meringue with egg whites and sugar (meringue should be firm), while Boil milk
with cinnamon, orange peel, cloves and egg yolks. Then the milk is warm when
mixed with the meringue and cooled for a few minutes, because this milk dessert
tastes best when the preparation is cold.

You have a lot of lucky to have the talent to cook, my sister is like you, she always cooks for us in special occasions.
